  • Elegant Bathroom: High-quality fixtures with reinforced 4.5mm FC sheet and hydro insulation.
  • Convenient Laundry Room: Conveniently accessible externally.
  • The building’s robust structure is anchored by:
    • Durable Frame: Hot-dip galvanized metal frame with 250PFC perimeter reinforced with three rows of 125SHS bracing for superior strength. This hot dip galvanizing treatment ensures the foundation is well-protected against corrosion.
    • Robust Floor Structure: The floor structure is supported by C15015 Purlins set at 600mm intervals, topped with 15mm FC sheets firmly secured to the purlins. A timber frame consisting of 90 x 45 bars, coupled with 2.5mm insulation, a 10mm air gap, and finished with 19mm yellow tongue flooring enhances the structure. For an added touch of luxury, the floor was finished with timber imitation hybrid flooring.
    • Advanced Wall Structure: the one-bedroom is constructed using light gauge steel frames – Truecore, which is the most traditional method for assembling portable buildings in Australia:
      • High strength-to-weight ratio, which means they provide great stability and resistance without being overly heavy.
      • Durability: Steel is resistant to many common issues that affect other materials, such as termites, mould, and moisture. It also doesn’t warp, twist, or bow over time, which ensures the structural integrity of the building remains intact for years.
      • Steel is fire-resistant, adding an extra layer of safety to structures.
      • The sustainability of using steel is underscored by its low carbon footprint compared to other materials like timber, which has a higher environmental impact due to deforestation and associated emissions.
      • To enhance the unit structure, the lightweight polystyrene infill panels that provide excellent insulation properties and Thermoseal packing that help prevent air leakage and enhance moisture control have been utilised.
  • High-Quality Exterior: For the external wall finish, we have chosen Equitone Tectiva TE15 in Argent Grey. These panels are known for their durability and aesthetic appeal, featuring a through-colored facade material that is uncoated and fiber-reinforced, providing a raw, untreated texture. The Equitone panels are highly durable, UV-resistant, and have a life expectancy of over 50 years, making them an excellent choice for sustainable construction.
  • Bathrooms and Laundry: Equipped with toilets, vanities, showers, laundry tub, and space for a washing machine. Finished with high-quality tiles for a polished look.
  • Superior Windows and Doors: European-designed, Australian-made double glazed uPVC frames with high-security multipoint locking system and superior thermal efficiency, surpassing aluminium by over 70%. The Tilt and Turn system in these windows represents the pinnacle of functionality: with a simple turn of the handle, the window tilts in at the top for secure, passive ventilation, or turns inward by over 90 degrees for rapid air exchange.
  • Resilient Roof: Double Lock Standing Seam System for optimal water and wind resistance with a 100mm roof incline for efficient rainwater removal.
  • Plumbing: Fully fitted kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries conforming to Australian standards. The plumbing setup includes mini stops, traps, flex connectors, plug & waste, and other necessary fittings. Each unit also includes an installed and ready-to-connect electric hot water unit from Rheem (50l), alongside a Thompson 15mm tempering valve and duovalve with 15mm copper pipes and fittings.
  • Electrical: Meeting the Australian standards and easy site connection via a Standard 3 Pin 32Amp Power Input. Double power points are installed throughout the buildings.
  • Climate Control: Daikin split system installed in the bedroom for ultimate comfort.

  3. Payment Terms: The full purchase price is required before delivery. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free process for both parties.
  4. Transportation Costs: Should you choose to return the unit, you will be responsible for the transportation costs to and from your property.
  5. Return Conditions: The building must be returned in its original, pristine condition – thoroughly cleaned, undamaged, and without any structural or cosmetic modifications.
  6. Change of Mind Fee: A fee of $2500 applies for a change of mind.
